Repair Service
Even beyond the warranty period, we offer a reliable repair service for the electronic assemblies we manufacture and deliver. Thanks to our many years of experience, documented manufacturing data and well-founded process know-how, we guarantee a proper analysis, repair and recommissioning of your assemblies.
Rework Service
Our rework service enables the proper replacement of BGA as well as other SMT and THT components on behalf of the customer. For this we use a modern rework station, which precisely positions components and processes them reliably with individually matched solder profiles and controlled top and bottom heat – for gentle rework and reliable repair even of complex and high-value electronic assemblies.

Redesign
With our redesign service, we support customers in optimizing existing electronic assemblies with regard to manufacturability, quality and costs. Thanks to our many years of experience, we provide targeted advice on layout adjustments, component changes and manufacturing-related optimizations, in order to simplify manufacturing processes and sustainably exploit savings potential.
Already during the development and revision phase, we take manufacturing-friendly design guidelines and process-reliable implementations into account for all manufacturing and testing processes, and also recommend suitable and cost-efficient replacement types.
